Thank you for shopping at Autumn Designs. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle shipping for orders placed on the Autumn Designs website (“Website”) within New Zealand

1 Shipping Destinations

  • We currently offer shipping within New Zealand only. We do not ship internationally at this time

2 Shipping Methods and Rates

  • We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $6 for all orders within New Zealand.
  • For orders totaling $80 or more, we offer free shipping within New Zealand.

3 Order Processing Time

  • We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7-14 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays, and personalised orders could take longer depending on how many edits are requested.
  • In the event of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays in order processing. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

4 Delivery Time

  • Once your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated delivery time within New Zealand is typically 3-7 days.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or remote delivery locations.

5 Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number, if available, via email. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your shipment on the courier’s website.

6 Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery of orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7 Delivery Attempts and Redelivery

  • If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the package, the courier may leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from a local depot. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the courier’s instructions for redelivery or collection within the specified timeframe.

8 Order Cancellation or Modification

  • Once an order has been submitted to our printers it may not be possible to cancel or modify the order. Please carefully review your order before submitting it. If you need assistance with an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

9 Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, in the rare event that a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately ASAP within 7 days (with photos of the damages and packaging where possible).
