1: What types of prints do you offer?

We offer three options for prints: digital files, prints, and canvas. You can choose to purchase a digital file, which allows you to print the artwork yourself. Alternatively, we can print the design on high-quality paper as a physical print or on canvas for a more elegant and ready-to-hang option.

2: Can I see a preview/proof of my design before printing?

Yes, absolutely! We always send through proofs for final approval before printing so that you can request any edits wanted.

3: What is the difference between a digital file, print, and canvas?

A digital file is a high-resolution image file (you will receive them in JPEG & PDF format) that you can download and print yourself. A print refers to the physical reproduction of the design on high-quality paper, while a canvas print involves printing the design on canvas material and stretching it over a wooden frame for a ready-to-hang piece of art.

4: What sizes are available for prints and canvas?

We offer a range of sizes for both prints and canvas prints ranging from A4 – A1. The available sizes will be listed on the product page, and you can select the one that best fits your needs. Please note that the specific size options may vary depending on the design and product type.

5: How long does it take to receive my order?

The delivery time depends on the product type and your location.
For digital files, personalised prints currently take 1-2 business days to create and once you have approved the final proof your printable files will be sent to your email address that you used during purchase.
For physical prints and canvas prints, please allow 3-5 business days for design before shipping. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but typically range from 3-7 days.
Note: During busy periods this timeframe can extend. Please keep an eye on our website homepage for current turnaround time.

6: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer and Laybuy. All transactions are securely processed to protect your financial information.

7: Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it has been placed?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Depending on the order status and production stage, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
